Orders
Orders placed on the site pledge the customer since taking delivery by the Gift Regalo.com of the formal order and of his payment.
Deliveries:
Our payment conditions and delivery are: 50% anticipated and 50% to the shipment advice. The payments can be made only by Wire transfers.
As soon as we receive in our Bank the 50% we start the production of your order and will advice you when the order is ready for shipment.
All our prices are Fob Guatemala. The customer pays for the taxes and Shipping and handling costs.
The Gift-regalo.com disengages of all responsibility in case of non-execution of the contract due to a fortuitous case or by major force.
As it is specified in the law, the ordered goods proprietary removal, from the Gift-regalo.com to the customer, is suspended until the entire payment of the merchandises by the customer and this without any consequence for the merchandise removal.
Proprietary Reserve:
The Gift-regalo.com remains the owner of the goods exceptionally delivered before the payment, until the effective payment of the entire payment price. In case of dispute happening before this date, the Gift-regalo.com will be able, in its right, to require the covering up of its merchandises.
However, the customer becomes liable of articles since their delivery (liability does not worth proprietorship).
Warranty:
Your products are warranted from all vices of manufacture. If an article is defective or not conformed, we pledge to you to exchange it or to pay it back, provided it is returned us in its origin packing and gone with the corresponding Gift-regalo.com invoice, before 24 hours going from packet delivery, to our address.
Returning costs will be then wholly paid back and the barter implemented immediately. In case of repayment, this one will be made by wire transfer in a delay inferior or equal to 60 days, beginning when the revolved packet is received by the Gift-regalo.com
No warranty would be called upon in case of degradation of delivered products due to a utilization which was not destined or due of the transport conditions.
Applicable legislation and competent Court:
Contracts are subdued to the Guatemalan legislation. All disputes which will not have found of friendly discharge will be subdued to the Guatemalan Right.

Prices conditions:
Indicated prices are without taxes included, without transportation costs. Our prices can vary depending of the quantities. Wholesalers can contact us.
For delivery in other place than Guatemala, customs costs and local costs have to be paid by the customer.
Customer acceptance :
This general terms of sales, and the tariffs presented on the site and on this document, are expressly approved by the customer, who affirms to understand it perfectly, and thus renounces to prevail itself with a contradictory document. The act of purchasing means the acceptance of these general terms of sales.
